Promotions Terms & Conditions

Kaadas Singapore is operated by The Smart Series Pte Ltd, throughout the terms and conditions, the term “Kaadas Singapore” refers to The Smart Series Pte Ltd.

The following terms and conditions apply to all promotions:

1) Promotion (including discount code, bundle promotions, referral program, review program, etc.) is not valid for use in conjunction with other existing promotions. You can choose to utilise only one promotion (if eligible) at all times unless stated otherwise.

2) Promotion is only valid for purchases made directly from Kaadas Singapore unless stated otherwise via the following official channels:

3) Promotion is not valid for purchases made through other channels including Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, or Kaadas Singapore authorised dealers.

4) The decision of Kaadas Singapore regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

5) Installation at a different location or period will incur an additional charge of $100 for labor and transport each time.

5) In the event of a price difference between the displayed online product and the order confirmation value with the effect of daily price updates, out-of-stock products, expired limited set deals, mislabelling, or erroneous pricing, Kaadas Singapore reserves the right to adjust the final order value in accordance to the confirmation order that was presented to the customer and therefore, such adjustment will be deemed as final.

6) Kaadas Singapore does not accept any returns for products purchased. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer support team.

7) Participants of the promotion are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon participation. Kaadas Singapore reserves the right to refuse entry, and/or rewards to anyone found in breach of these terms and conditions.

8) Kaadas Singapore reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion at any time and without prior notice.

9) Kaadas Singapore reserves the right to disqualify any contestant found to be violating the terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.

10) By entering the promotion, participants agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed, or otherwise used by Kaadas Singapore and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the promotions and is subject to Data Protection Policy.

11) Kaadas Singapore reserves the right to amend, change or withdraw any terms or conditions without prior notice.

12) All promotions shall be governed by Singapore law and each participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute, or controversy to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
